Care: Dust the solid ash and ash veneer base regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Blot spills on the upholstered seat immediately with a clean, damp cloth, avoid rubbing. For deeper cleaning, use an upholstery-safe fabric cleaner and test it in a hidden area first. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the wood finish and fabric. Always lift the stool when moving it to protect the legs and flooring.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To ensure the integrity of each piece, all returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise total, less original shipping and handling charges.

Please note that select items are considered final sale, including all artwork, furniture, and certain accessories. Additional oversized pieces—such as rugs, lighting, and other select accessories—are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Rug swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.
