To keep your faux greenery looking fresh, gently dust with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, lightly shake or blow with compressed air, and store or display away from direct sunlight and harsh weather.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise total, less original shipping and handling charges.
Please note that **select items are considered final sale, including all artwork, furniture, and certain accessories**. Additional oversized pieces—such as rugs, lighting, and other select accessories—are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Rug swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.
